Bert did a superb job getting my rental condo prepared to put on the market! My previous tenant had done quite a bit of damage and he turned an absolute mess into something beautiful! He demonstrates humble confidence and really cares about doing the very best job possible at a reasonable price! He is always very quick to respond to a text or email whether early in the morning or late in the evening.
