Dustin Pozan, the Regional Sales Manager was an outstanding representative for Ideal Precision Roofing & Exteriors. Dustin came out and did the initial assessment of the hail damage to my house and presented comprehensive photos to review with me and to share with my insurance company for the claim. Dustin then came out 2 additional times to do walkthroughs with my insurance adjusters, and help move that process along. Ideal Precision Roofing & Exteriors team of 7 came out yesterday and removed all material on my roof down to the decking, and replaced my entire roof with the finest materials all in one full day's work with beautiful results. Their team did a meticulous job of cleaning up after the job was finished. Very professional outfit. Do not know if this is typical, but I am very impressed with their work !!! Dustin Pozen came out to inspect our roof and instructed us of the process. He took pictures, eagle views and submitted all the needed information to the adjuster for a roof replacement. All we had to do was submit the claim to our insurance and he took care of the rest. He was very professional, answered our calls promptly, came early on the day of installation and even came the day after to make sure everything was cleaned up. Great experience from start to finish working with Dustin and everyone at Ideal Precision. They were easy to work with and handled all of the back and forth with insurance. Day-of, Dustin and his team were on time and got everything knocked out quickly for a full replacement. Afterwards, they did a great job cleaning up. Dustin came back the next morning to walk around and ensure everything was up to par. Overall, we're very happy with our experience working with Ideal Precision and would highly recommend them for anyone needing any kind of roof work done.
