We are Realtors in San Antonio, and our clients needed a roof inspection as quick as can be. So, we called Kaleb Parks with Bondoc Roofing, and he immediately went into action! He scheduled a roof inspection, showed up on time, was super professional, did the inspection, and sent us the report by the end of the day! Even on the following day, he sent us the estimation of what the the repairs would cost (which is most important for us and our clients for negotiating repairs and repair costs!) I have been working with Bondoc Roofing recently and could not be happier. This company is extremely efficient, and really does a great job giving sincere recommendations. The fact that they focus on maintenance and repairs vs just going in and telling people they “need a new roof NOW” is really really great. A lot of companies don’t do that. Also, I love that the female employees at the company refer to themselves as The Shingle Ladies. It’s really unique, but most importantly is their explanation that every department at the company has a strong female presence. For novices like me or my female homeowner friends, it’s key to speak with companies that focus on making sure every facet of their work is explained in detail to the average consumer.
