Stay Away.....Initially they sent a crook that used to work for them, John Dietrich. The guy disappeared and I called the main office and they sent Mr. Wallace. He was helpful and got the job done on time. The roof looks good but during installation the crew pushed the lid of the furnace exit shut and fumes were accumulating in the attic. Invision refunded the expense of getting it fix, which is why I am now giving a good review. If you hire them, ensure the project manager gets on the roof and examines the job, the issue could have been prevented by a final inspection. Overall the service was good and the roof looks great and they took care of the only issue I had with the installation. Update: I will not recommend this company again and surely will not called them ever again. They did not seal the roof around the skylight and water filtered down to my kitchen ceiling damaging it. I called them many times to fix my kitchen ceiling and after promising many times they would fix it they
Invision replaced my roof after a hail storm a couple years ago and did a quality professional job. Early this year we had a wind storm that blew a couple shingles off the ridge cap. I called them and they inspected and replaced missing shingles as well as looking at the entire roof. I really appreciated their quick response and good work. My father contacted Metlife due to a storm back in June of 2019, he suspected roof damage. Matt with Invision worked diligently with the claims adjuster to show them evidence the roof was damaged by the storm. My father passed away in Oct. of 2019 before the claim was ever resolved. Needless to say, after my father's passing we weren't sure if the insurance company would pay the claim or not. Matt went the extra mile to continue communicating with the claims adjuster and sent them additional photos of the damage. We are pleased the insurance claim was paid and the roof has been replaced. Matt, even arranged for painters to touch up the kitchen ceiling due to the damage created by a leak from the damaged roof. Thanks Matt, our Dad would be happy you took care of Mom's home after his passing. May you have a blessed 2020
