After he completed his work, Troy took the time to educate me to the inspection process. He showed me photos of my system, explained what he was looking for and justified the conclusions he came to regarding the condition of my system. Had to have our A/C serviced on a Sunday. I called and 25 minutes later a technician called and said he was on his way. It took him less than 1 hour to diagnose and repair our system.
