John Berry from M&M treated our property like it was his own and his communication is fantastic! He personally coordinated with other contractors to make sure he was able to schedule his work (replacing a deck) quickly to make theirs (foundation repair, HVAC replacement) easier and save us additional costs! He communicated with the other contractors to identify additional foundation problems and HVAC placement concerns that they did not see. He even inspected their work while we were out of town and provided us very detailed pictures.
