As a TX REALTOR® I've seen a lot of craftsmanship and wanted to ensure I was hiring the best. When it came time to replace the roof o my home, I carefully took my time in choosing a roofing Company. All the things you could be worried about naturally crossed my mind, and after everything was done, I realized I stressed for no reason. I stayed home during the process of a complete roof replacement, and the vibrations reminded me of an earthquake. I literally ran room to room, then stopped the Crew and called the Owner because I was worried about my fixtures rattling. Everyone was professional and reassuring which eventually put me at ease. They finished a day ahead of schedule and at the end of each day made sure the site was clean. They Crew thoroughly cleaned my area as well as my Neighbors. They even put back my yard decor the way it was found. My roof looks amazing, and the drone views was proof it was a job well done. Thank you for going above and beyond❣ Carla Bailey, REALTOR® [
Thank you Brad for our new roof. Your communication with me thru this process kept me at ease the whole way thru. I appreciate your attention afterwards as well. The bid you presented was fair and detailed. You exceeded my expectations. I highlly recommend Transcendent Roofing.
Transcendent Roofing did an amazing job re-roofing my house after the May 27, 2020 hail storm in San Antonio. I called them up and an inspector came out the next day. He took detailed photos of the damage and explained I need a new roof. My insurance company's appraiser came out and agreed fully. Transcendent's bid actually came in $200 under the insurance companies damage estimate. I received a detailed quote explaining all the materials being used and that clean-up and haul away were all included. Also, I was able to pick out shingles that looked much better than what was there originally. Best of all the work was completed in only one day. Was it noisy? Heck yes it was! There were 10 guys on the roof ripping away the old shingles, nailing on the new ones, and replacing all the ventilation and fan exhaust ducts. It was definitely noisy, but there is no way to do such work quietly. But the crew did not play any music and were all business, with much work and very little talki
