Quarter Moon Plumbing, AC & Heating

I have used these guys a couple times in my home. Each incident was quickly and professionally handled. I found quarter-moon after my home warranty company sent 2 incompetent plumbers to fix a stopped up washing machine drain. They were in and out within an hour, no further problems. When my main stack backed up, they came out and removed the upstairs toilet and rooted out the line. When I had a leak in the second floor shower, they repaired the leak on the first visit. Definitely not the cheapest out there, but it has been a one-trip fix each time for me.

Quarter moon is great!! I called to schedule for someone to come out to my home. They were so quick to responding. Kenny called 30 mins before he arrived. He was super thorough and fixed our problem quickly. The price was reasonable as well. I will be keeping their phone number for any of our plumbing or HVAC needs. I will be recommending them to our friends and family. ????????????????????????

Quarter Moon Plumbing came out and replaced a pressure reducing valve that failed. It was a new home and the original pressure reducing valve I had lasted 6 years. I paid a good amount of money to have this part replaced, and at the time I was impressed with the work. These devices should last many years but their newly installed part failed within 6 months. I called them to have them replace the faulty part, and they advised me they only honor their work for 90 days. I would have to pay them again to have the faulty part replaced. I do not recommend this company that does not stand behind the products they sell. I'm grateful that I realized the part failed before it caused any damage to my houses plumbing. I will not pay Quarter Moon again to install another cheap/faulty part that they wont stand behind. I recommend that anyone reading this also look elsewhere so faulty/cheap parts are not installed at your residence/business.
