When Derek came to look over the job and build an invoice we had a very honest conversation that wasn’t filled with hooks and sales pitches. My son recommended Fresh Air Systems to me after he had a system replacement in his new home. He was very pleased with the work. I contacted the company after experiencing a lightning strike next to my condo building which caused my HVAC system to fail. My insurance company had denied my claim, indicating that the failure was due to old age rather than due to the lightning surge. While replacing my system, Fresh Air located evidence of the damage from the surge and provided great documentation and pictures which resulted in the insurance company paying the claim after all. The crew performing the work was very professional and competent and did face some challenges with the installation in the limited condo space which they handled very expertly.
