Roland’s Plumbing sent out a couple of gentlemen to our home to look at a gas line installation. They provided us with quote which my husband approved. Based on the work they were to do, we had an electrical company come out to move things around so Roland’s Plumbing could run the line and install a gas line fixture. The DAY BEFORE the work was to initiate Roland had one of his guys call my husband to let him know they were canceling and did not want to do the work, with no further explanation. My husband called Roland to ask why...he has yet to return his phone call and give him the courtesy of a full explanation. If he didn’t think he could do the work, then at the very least he should have been honest and tell us upfront instead of having us spend money to accommodate what they needed to get the job done. Very unprofessional is an understatement.

Had a leak from water filter system install. That company had claimed to have repaired leak. Abel repaired both inlet & outlet lines that were leaking. He also found previous repairs & reran a new line from the water meter. Explained everything in detail as he and another young man worked on the lines. Pointed out a broken cover for the water meter & advised me to contact saws to repair. Pricing was much lower then anticipated. 5 out of 5 jalapños! Will highly recommend :)

Paid an expensive hourly rate for a tech to chisel out a hole in my stone wall with a hammer and screwdriver. No power tools on the truck apparently. Charged me $700 to put a hole in my wall on both sides and tell me they weren’t able to find the problem. They proposed to continue tearing up the house to locate the leak at the same rate. I stopped them there to assess what we should do next. They then left me for days with an active leak running out my wall without a follow up or recommendation. Repeated calls sometimes found the receptionist who would promise me Roland would call me. Roland never called me, refused to call me even after expressing my frustration of no communication. Finally I called his tech (Joe) who came through and tried to help me out out of sheer goodness in spite of his company. I hired a separate company to easily locate the problem and still gave Rolands an opportunity to fix it. Their quote came in at triple what I ended up paying for a superior plumber who d
