Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

My repair and the plumber who completed the repair was great! Very professional and completed the repair. (Picture to follow)What I had an issue with was when I was contacted after I had already made the appointment. After the gentleman asked what my issue was, he then proceeded to tell me that the plumber was already on his last job and would not be available until the following day. I was told the plumbing dept is not open 24 hours as what was advertised on the internet. What the original dispatcher failed to tell me is that the plumbing department closes around 9 and should have informed me of that so I could move onto the next call to search for another plumber because my issue was an emergency and could not wait. After I got a little heated and expressed that, I was told he would make a call out and see if the plumber could make it. I received the call back and was advised the plumber would be able to make it out to my house. When I asked the plumber about them closing, he stated

Joseph was very profession and methodical in his efforts to identify our leak to a proficient level. He was able to fix the leak and cut lines for isolation testing within a single day and super understanding about our situation. When everything seems to be going wrong a no nonsense approach to resolving problems is very grounding. Great customer service is always appreciated and his was excellent.
