My a/c wouldn't turn on last night. We called the landlord and luckily they do business with Stay Cool. They called them out around 7:25pm by 8pm the tech arrived and by 8:30 pm Tony had the a/c running. Honestly amazed by this man Waldy P. I would 1 thousand percent recommend your services. Especially if they are sending waldy . He went above and beyond for my family trying to fix the problem! I honestly can’t describe how much this man did for me and my family. On this day, February 28, 2023; Jeffrey came in to maintenance my A/C unit on the roof top. he said all was well and checked freon, et al. He is the most polite, respectful and professional person. i appreciate him and your company for the personnel you hire and train them to be professional, respectful and know their job and what they need to accomplish..
