We had a job replacing 2 metal awnings that was very hard to do for various reasons. Other metal roofers had bailed out on us at the last minute. I found this company and Gilbert the owner was able to help us with his crew, charged us a competitive price and got it done when he promised. We are pleased with the service. Communication was very fluid all the time.

We were very fortunate to work with Gilbert and José Sanchez, and their wonderful crews for our gorgeous new metal roof (matte black), plus new fascia and patio ceilings. The Sanchez brothers were very thorough when we initially discussed this project, and followed through on every detail. Their experience in many facets of home construction really served this project well. Great communication, with fast responses. We had a specialized situation with our zero-lot-line home – the Sanchez team handled it all with ease and cooperation. The crews were very hard-working, well-organized with great time management. The top-notch experience and skills of the crews were obvious: they took the time to do it right while moving efficiently. Gilbert & José provided great orchestration for the project, and kept materials coming right on time for each phase of work. We will be working with Sanchez remodeling services in the Fall to replace our old wood siding and soffits with James Hardie fiber cemen
