Brandon did a phenomenal job inspecting our AC unit. He was thorough, explained the benefits of upgrading certain parts of our unit, and offered assistance in cleaning the unit as well. Really enjoyed the service provided by the Shafer team. They showed up on time, explained what they were going to do and got straight to work.
