Shafer Services Plus

Dustin was great! Super friendly and took time to explain everything so we understood and felt comfortable. This is the 2nd home I’ve used them in. They are by far the best service I’ve ever encountered. Most A/C companies have techs that have no clue what they’re talking about. Shafer doesn’t have that problem. Definitely go with them for your heating, cooling and AC needs!

We just want to say that the overall experience with the workers was as good as it gets and they all receive a big A+. They we were all very courteous and respectable. They took the time to answer all our questions without making us feel like it was a dumb question. Watching them work revealed their high proficiency and expertise. They were knowledgeable and spent time with the manufacturer’ support desk. I will use them again. I had occasion to call the manufacturer, Rinnai, and the technical support person asked who my plumber was. When I said Shafer Services - he was pleased and said I had one of the best in the area.
