We got a very sturdy clog in our kitchen line. Unlike other big names, who just tried the auger a couple times to unclog the pipe but failed and then gave us an estimate for a pricy hydro jetting, Will's Plumbing checked the issue thoroughly and carefully, they then used the auger and went out of their way to fix the issue. The plumber who served us, Fred, was very professional and also nice, polite and neat. Will definitely recommend them to my friends/family! Service: Sewer cleaning

I was told they were experts with my tankless water heater. The technician was clueless and didn’t know how to restart it or reboot it, turn the power off and restart. He just wanted to sell me a new system. If I could give it zero stars I would. They completely took my $89 after I told him my experience and told him to leave my house.
