I've used this company before for my residential plumbing needs and have never been disappointed. This weekend on Saturday I noticed we weren't getting very much hot water. Upon checking the water heater, I noticed a leak, so I called Will's Plumbing and Testing so see if they had a technician available who could come check things out. Marc arrived within an hour. Marc informed me that our water heater was 27 years old and had indeed sprung a leak at the drain valve. He explained that he could repair this but would most likely not resolve the limited hot water we were getting. Marc explained all.of our options to include just repairing the leak, replacing the water heater today, replacing on Monday, which would be cheaper due to it not being an after hours/weekend installation, to options for a tankless water heater system. We opted to replace the water heater that night and Marc got right on it. After the installation was complete, he reminded us of the warranty for the new wate

My mother had a problem with her water pressure and Marc and his brother came out and changed their schedule to repair it right away. They were awesome and knowledgeable and explained everything to us before and during the repair. They went above and beyond any other company we previously dealt with.
