Kris from Tierney Plumbing was a pleasure to work with! While he was working on a job at my next-door neighbors I asked him a question about our kitchen plumbing. He willingly came over to take a quick look which led to us scheduling an appointment. He is fixed our kitchen plumbing. Kris is knowledgeable, kind, officiant, and got the job done. I definitely recommend Tierney Plumbing!
I am usually leery about the various plumbing services most of them will try to rob you blind. I recently moved to Dallas and have used them twice before. What impressed me the most today was that when I came home, I was informed by my wife that there is no hot water in the system. I checked and the leak detection system was showing Red. I reset it and few mins later it turned red again and no water. I am not very handy with the water heater etc. I called Tierney Plumbing service to schedule an appointment. As I was describing the problem the lady asked me a couple of questions and when she learned that m leak detection system have batteries she told me to replace the batteries and it will fix the problem. I did the same and Voila it started working. I am pretty sure most of the other places would have made an appointment and charged me a trip charge and hourly money to do just the same. I am sold for life. These are the plumbers for me from now on for ever. Services: Fauc
Cody was polite. Work looks good and appears to be working. $168/hourly rate plus materials. Rate is charged in quarters after the 1 hour minimum. Finished in an hour and 2 minutes which was rounded up to the next 15 minutes although the last part of that time was spent on the write up of the job. Seems a little unscrupulous.
