The water leak detection and location technician came on the day promised, 2 days after we called Berkeys. He was professional and explained what he was doing. He wanted to be 100% certain of his findings. He offered us 2 estimates that were fair pricing for the benefits we would be getting from the leak repair from water meter to house. I called Berkeys this morning at 6:25a off of a referral for my neighbor. The lady that answer was very friendly and helpful. At 7:48a I received a call that a technician was on the way! Joshua arrived before 9am and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and provided two quotes for a best option and a better option!
