THIS COMPANY INSTALLED THE PLUMBING IN OUR NEW SCALLON CONSTRUCTION. REFUSES TO FIX THE LEAK IN OUR RADON MITIGATION SYSTEM BECAUSE WE ARE "OUT OF WARRANTY" AND CLAIMS HE IS "TOO BUSY TO HELP US." DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL BACK. SIMPLY TEXTS HE DOES NOT HAVE TIME TO HELP. EXTREMLEY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE OTHER PLUMBING COMAPNY LAUGHED WHEN I EXPLAINED TO THEM WHO HAD NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED THE PIPE IN OUR ATTIC. THERFORE IT IS NOW LEAKING WATER THROUGH OUR CEILING ... ITS NOT EVEN 5 YEARS OLD!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!
Randy was great to work with. He had my records from the 1st time our water heater was replaced. Checked the warranty and saw it was still covered. Zach who did the work was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a stellar job at cleaning up afterwards. You could tell he takes pride in his work. Will definitely use for any future needs. Highly recommend Affordable.
This is a very good company. They are on time, professional and friendly. I am a property manager and I had a toilet float that needed replacing. The technician was very knowledgeable and gave me suggestions for my other toilet issues. He didn't leave a mess and was very courteous. I would recommend this company and will use them again.
