KAC Express - Affordable AC Repair & Installation Services

I had a great experience with KAC Express, having not used them before for HVAC. My A/C went out in the morning. I called KAC and David came out within 2 hr and diagnosed the problem as the compressor motor. The unit was 15 years old and I decided to have the whole system replaced. The next morning 4 technicians from KAC came out and removed the old unit and installed a new 5 ton Trane unit, work completed by noon! Outstanding response, quality and value! I will certainly use their service the next time and highly recommend them!

KAC Express came right after I called them on Sunday afternoon to check the AC of my house. Mr.Trung found out that my house need to change the unit and arranged to installed a new system on the next day. Meanwhile, he landed a portable AC until the system was installed. It took two days for the installation because the heat was unbearable in the house and attic. Mr.Trung was very honest, answered all my questions and concerns and gave me a fair price promising me to email me the unit warranty. KAC Express is a great company to work with.

Our AC has just not been cooling properly since a recent power outage last. It had struggled to get the house cooler than 80 degrees, which has made for some pretty sleepless nights. We had KAC Express come out and they replaced the air handler and now it is cooling nicely. I filled out their online form on a Tuesday night and the owner called me shortly thereafter to schedule a visit for the next day. The repair guys were prompt and professional and finished the job the same day. The owner called again that evening to make sure we were happy. It was not a cheap repair but their price was lower than their competitors. Highly recommend!
