Unfortunately, our AC stopped working Friday afternoon. We called Air Texas on Monday morning and they came out by noon that same day! Replaced the necessary part so we could sleep at night again. Thank you! Service: A/C system repair
We lost our AC during the night, and we contacted Air Texas and not only they answered the request so quickly, but they were also able to help us the same day. They did not find ways to sell me more stuff. Instead, they found the problem, fixed it, and suggested the next steps!! I will hire them to replace my entire system! Amazing and friendly company!
My A/C quit working in the middle of the night, so I called at 7:01am and was told I’d be contacted shortly by the technician. After only 5 minutes, Charlie called and said he would put me on the schedule for the end of the day. At 6:20pm he called and said he was headed my way. Great friendly customer service, would highly recommend to anyone needing A/C assistance. Thanks Charlie!
