I have used Bob DeShano Plumbing several times over the last 7 years. Bob has always been extremely professional and conscientious with every plumbing job he has done for us. He is always there when he says he will be and does a great job with everything he does. I have had to call him out for a broken pipe during our last freeze. He told me what to do to stop the water until he could get here. Bob has replaced my garbage disposal and my other sink pipes and done a top notch job. Bob is an honest and very reasonable man. I trust Bob with all of my plumbing needs. I have recommended Bob DeShano Plumbing to several of my friends. Give him a call, you won’t be sorry.

I am surprised by the positive reviews. Bob was indeed prompt when responding to our call for a repair issue. He was in our house the same day and quickly "fixed" the plumbing problem with our bathroom. The issue is that the problem came back within days. When I contacted Bob again to come back and fix it, he did not return my calls, voicemails, or texts. Mistakes happen, but I think it's unprofessional to ignore a client when the service that was paid for was not actually done properly. We ended up fixing the problem ourselves and will not be using this particular plumber again

Bob has helped us with a couple of leaks as well as our tankless water heater. His service was quick, professional, reasonable and done right. He bought us time and saved us money with our water heater.
