Bob helped me out numerous times with Hot water heater, kitchen faucet and guest bathroom. He is amazing and very trustworthy! Highly recommend him.
I am surprised by the positive reviews. Bob was indeed prompt when responding to our call for a repair issue. He was in our house the same day and quickly "fixed" the plumbing problem with our bathroom. The issue is that the problem came back within days. When I contacted Bob again to come back and fix it, he did not return my calls, voicemails, or texts. Mistakes happen, but I think it's unprofessional to ignore a client when the service that was paid for was not actually done properly. We ended up fixing the problem ourselves and will not be using this particular plumber again
