Had our AC go out last night which, in this heat is brutal. Gave them a call when they opened at 8am and they we’re able to come to the house, diagnose the issue (capacitor and fan motor), and replace both before noon. Josh, our service tech, was phenomenal and did a great job assisting us!
Our AC was blowing out hot air. Josh found the issue and replaced the capacitor and motor all within an hour! Had a great experience working with him. Very professional and reasonable price. Definitely recommend ????
Insanely great service! When my A/C unit broke down late in the evening, I called numerous companies that advertised "24 Hour Service". None of them really did . . . except for Airtec. When technician Josh showed up, slightly after 9:30 p.m. - a little more than thirty minutes after I called - he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within minutes. And he didn't stop there; he also finished installing a new thermostat that I hd started to install, and did a much better job than I would have done. On top of that, Josh was friendly, courteous, and overall impeccably professional. Five stars is not enough for Airtec; they raise the bar for A/C service . . . even at 10 p.m.!
