I have been a customer for a very long time, Tom is the best he is always responsive and gets my ac fixed in a timely manner and without costing a fortune. He comes every 6 months and does the checks for summer and winter. This time something was wrong and no AC called and he came out Monday got here early and fixed the issue quickly. Tom Cunningham has been our go-to person for 14 years...he is a local resident and is honest, knowledgeable and thorough. He visits us twice a year for servicing our units. We have also had coils replaced and other repair work done. We have also referred him to friends and acquaintances and they too have been pleased. Hope to continue our professional relationship for many more years.

My AC was leaking terribly and after reading the reviews of this company I called and had someone to my house within just a few hours. He fixed my problem (drainage clogged) and suggested to have a plumber come fix the drainage in my bathroom. The pricing was very reasonable as well!
