I am in the decision phase of upgrading my roof and when I reached out to RRN Houston, I received an on-line estimate then Kevin followed up quickly to come inspect the roof himself. He was not pushy and the first words were Good Afternoon, not asking if insurance was paying. He took the time to explain the estimate and show me the roofing materials to be used. A true professional. Can say that when I do replace my roof, it WILL be with Kevin / RRN.

Kevin, the owner, was very professional and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and was prompt in returning phone calls etc. The price quoted was very reasonable. The crew arrived promptly and early on the morning of the job and was completed by early afternoon. Then Kevin arrived to do a final quality inspection on the work and answer any additional questions I had.
