This review is overdue. But the reason I have not forgotten about it is because Mr. Tim Alt was so kind to us. He also came the same night that we called about our AC. We have a brand new AC unit yet our house was hot so I asked my husband to call for an AC person to check it. Mr. Tim Alt arrived that night and told us that we had 3 times the Freon in the unit and that is why it could not work properly. He did not even charge us for the service or his time.
