If they are used by home warranty, buckle up and get ready to make multiple calls, service requests, technicians to come by. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and still don’t even have parts ordered. Office has to call technicians who were supposed to put orders in over and over and no return call or any update. We were told the first time a tech was here the motor was bad. Had to have a minor part fixed to “try” that first and leave and when it didn’t work of course. You gotta schedule another date for a technician to come out, which drumroll is the following week. And then when they say oh the motor is out, we have to check to see if the part is available and then crickets. Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair

There’s a lot of miscommunication within the company. They are always late! The representatives are nonchalant. One of the guys was smoking on my property…very unprofessional! WE WERE WITHOUT A/C over a month! It’s just best to report them to the BBB!!!

Terrible experience, used them through American Home Shield and had terrible experience. It has been two weeks !!! Two weeks !! And my A/C is still not working. The technician has been in my house 5 times and today , he didn't had frion! The technician even told me that if I couldn't wait to call another company. No empathy.
