WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!! This so called company is a third party installer used by Best Buy. We scheduled four different times to come and install an oven and dishwasher. Bust Buy clearly had on our install instructions that is was on the second floor. First scheduling they only sent one man and he couldn’t bring the oven upstairs to install. Second rescheduling, no one showed. Third time scheduled, again, no one ever showed again after being confirmed. Fourth time, again, only one man showed (same man from first time). I asked if someone else was coming and he said he would contact his manager. Next thing I know he is flying down the gravel road with dust and rocks flying!! Called the company and all they would say was he wouldn’t install because he had already left the area. I asked for a manager or owner to call me and never heard from anyone!! They will NEVER be allowed back in my home. So if you use Best Buy make sure they are NOT using TEXAS HOME PROS! I do not know how this comp

Texas Home Pros received our purchase from Best Buy, double ovens. They arrived on time and, within a very short time, removed our old ovens and installed the new ones. They did an excellent job, and I would use them again.

The installer called 30 minutes before his arrival, showed up on time professional good communicator. The installation of the Bosch Dishwasher went as planned. He cleaned up after himself then took the old dishwasher with him. Great Job!
