They came out the service my AC on Jun 21 but the temperature wouldn't drop they told me to give it some time. 9 hours later the system only dropped three degrees and it still hasn't changed since. They will not answer the phone after the technician left. I have called 8 times. 3 the previous day and 5 more today. They're screening the call after they take your money. Todd's voice sound as if he's a scammer. I should have trusted my gut. Update: Todd's answer to my review should tell you everything you need to know about this business and their customer service and recovery. A true professional would try to resolve the issue upon reading the review. This company isn't bonded or associated with the Better Business Bureau.
