We hired them to replace all our ductwork. Robert and his crew did a really good job they were very thorough. He pointed out many issues that needed correction. Thier prices were fair not the least expensive but it was worth the extra dollars. Also very good communication which to me is very important. We would definitely recommend them.

Beware! I was quoted a flat $450 fee for labor on what was described as a very extensive warranty part replacement. He described how they would have to disassemble the entire unit and then reassemble it, inferring hours of labor. Three days later he showed up with the part and after 45 MINUTES had completed the job. When I complained about the labor charge and asked to be billed for the appropriate time actually worked, they took the position that I had signed the quote and that is what they were charging. Period! This came after I had spent 4,000 on two separate calls in the previous month. They made the choice of a few hundred dollars over a valued (supposedly) customer. I WILl NEVER use this company again and I urge anyone considering using them to reconsider!

Another visit, another great experience! I had a leak from my AC pipe causing the ceiling paint to fall down & Quality Comfort Air got someone out in less than 24 hours. He did an incredible job fixing the issue & getting everything put back & cleaned up. —————- Life Savers! Great family owned local business with people who really care and won't rip you off! Rick came out quickly and got our problem fixed. Very reliable and friendly from the office staff, Beth, to each of the repair men. They are polite and courteous too. Excellent fast service.
