Great experience all the way around. Tony patiently explained my options for a new a/c unit. When the installation crew arrived I had more questions and again Tony fully answered them. The crew was quick and did an excellent job cleaning the debris (what little there was). Then Tony came back after the crew had finished to make sure everything was done correctly and that the unit was fully charged. What makes Hartford stand out is their communication. You are not given a large appointment window like other companies. I was called to inform me when the crew was on its way. Then called again later to inform me when Tony was 30 minutes away. This made planning my day so much easier as I didn't need to wait around all day for the technician to arrive. Hartford came highly recommended and they meet all my expectations.

Hartford Services was amazing. We had a leak in our guest bathroom. We called them and they were here to help. We have used services before but none that were as good as Hartford. I would highly recommend if you need help with your plumbing. They went above and beyond. We will definitely be using them in the future.

The guys at Hartford Services are real pros. They are always courteous, professional, and on time, and do exceptional work.
