We had our appointment changed 3 times and we were very accommodating as with the freeze in Texas there very busy but we have had ZERO response to getting this resolved by just a quote as we said we need this fixed to the “master “ plumber and people who answered the phone . Every time I call the office the lady says he has not given her any paperwork and he will call us and to date ( well over a month now ) , If this is the way you deal with customers that “Home Serve” send you its dam sad business Your response and service was pathetic

We had an emergency underground water leak close to our water meter. Houdini's was able to fit us in quickly, and even came earlier than they had projected in order help us fix the water leak. Their plumbers worked continuously and efficiently until the job was done, and did an excellent job with clean-up, along with communicating with us.
