I discovered a small black mold on my ceiling by the entrace door. My concern was it was caused by the leaking roof. Nicholas inspected the attic and the roof. He was thorough especially about the roof over the molded area. The roof seemed to be good. I was impressed how honest Nicholas was about the inspection results.
