I hired Aragon roofing to replace my roof because of the hail damage. They were very responsive and did excellent job. Ricardo and Carlos were best to work with. From start to end, they answered all the questions and were available as needed. While replacing the shingles, my hardiplank siding got dirty and got some scratches. Ricardo hired the painter and got the whole side painted and made it look fresh and new. I will recommend them without any hesitation for any kind of roof work. Ricardo and the company are very professional. I needed to replace my roof and they did a great job explaining what they were going to do, change, the quality of the parts and timing. My rating would be 4.5, not 5, because of two things: - They did not check the equipment in the attic after replacing the roof, so, some of the vent pipes, from the furnace and water heater, got disconnected and I just realized when I went there to check. I think this type of check should be standard. - We also agreed they would paint some rooms in my house that got damaged due to the water infiltration, but that service was horrible. Regarding both problems, Ricardo was very responsive, and he is sending the crew to reconnect the vent pipes, but I told him that I do not want the crew back to re-paint the rooms because we did not like the quality of the service. But, besides all that, it looks like the roof was professionally installed and it is looking amazing. Services: Roof inspection, Roof installatio
