Koppeis Heating - Cooling & Air Duct Claening

Don't remember the technicians name that came out but when we had maintenance done on the A/C outside he had told me that everything was working as it should. Come to find out when I had another company come out the capacitor was bad and that should have been caught by Koppeis. Didn't receive any kind of invoice for my service call because "they don't send invoices." The technician told me he checked refrigerant and that the system was working properly. Won't be using them again. Service: A/C system maintenance

Hottest week of the year (so far) and the AC wasn't working! Ugh! It was 85 degrees in the house and rising! We called and they were the only ones available to come out the same day! Repairs were done by midday the same day we called. Air is blowing nice and cold! Thank you!
