I was referred to Rick at CM Roofing Pros from a neighbor who had used them. We contacted them to get an estimate on some hail damage. Rick and his crew did everything in a timely fashion, but the entire process took a while because we had to deal with the insurance company, but thankfully with Rick's help he got the necessary steps taken care of and the approval to get started with the repairs. Rick, owner of CM Roofing Pros, is an honest professional and a gentleman. I was concerned that my roof had damage. Rick took the time to explain to me how his business works and the procedures they use to determine what a roof needs and, if possible, how they utilize the homeowner's insurance to help pay for repairs. After inspecting my roof, Rick assured me that my roof had little to no problems and would be good for another 7 to 10 years (unless a storm caused new damage). I know Rick is honest. It cost me nothing to have an honest professional inspect my roof. It cost him time and money to travel to and perform the inspection. What a great value to homeowners in the Houston area!
