Dan's work for us included repairing a sliding door screen and rollers, outside painting, replacement of corner strip on wood shed, repairs of leaky faucets and replacement of faucet cartridges, and changing a faucet and installing a new drain elbow. He provides a written cost estimate broken down by each task that indicates whether or not materials are included. He came on time, and worked efficiently and conscientiously. He was very neat.
