Have used Epic for 5 years through my AHS warranty and these guys never disappoint. From the friendly office staff to the knowledgeable and professional staff, they're all the best at what they do. Updated July 2022 saved the day again. These guys are awesome.

I certainly do not recommend. Their technician, Tyler, was dispatched to my condo to fix my AC on 5/28/22. He left before even diagnosing my problem because he couldn’t find the roof of the building, though it it always on top. I thought that was odd at first, until I realized $100 was stolen for my purse. Company refuses to speak with me. Still no AC a week later. Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair

Tommy the technician was very polite, well mannered let me know when he was 25 minutes away. Tommy didn’t find the issue that I said I had with the unit. Perhaps because it’s an older unit. If your looking for reliable, responsible techs contact these people.
