The technician, Sergio, was friendly and knowledgeable, and he was able to get the unit fixed up in no time. Was visiting my parents in the Sugar Land Area during the summer heat wave and noticed that one of the air conditioners wasn't blowing out hot air. My dad advised me to call Sun Air Conditioning and Heating and I did. They were very responsive and said they would be out here between 12-2 and they were actually even a little early. The technician that came to the house was Jay and he was extremely professional. I explained to him what was going on and he went out and assessed the unit. He came back in very quickly and walked out to his truck and grabbed a new capacitor and within minutes he had it up and running. He was very honest and said here's your old one as I paid him and it was all rusted. Definitely would recommend them as they were on time, professional, honest, and not pushy at all!
