Martin Mechanical was helpful over the phone, responded quickly and professionally, correctly diagnosed AC problems previously misdiagnosed by another company, repaired the problems within 24 hours, provided an estimate before any repairs, and offered fair prices. This is my second time using Martin Mechanical and once again they have come to the rescue & had my a/c back up & running w/in hours of calling them. Much appreciated as we are having such hot temps and they are so busy! From the office staff to the repairman, Brayan, who came to the house, they are all so friendly, knowledgeable, professional & provide excellent customer service!
