This is my second time using Martin Mechanical and once again they have come to the rescue & had my a/c back up & running w/in hours of calling them. Much appreciated as we are having such hot temps and they are so busy! From the office staff to the repairman, Brayan, who came to the house, they are all so friendly, knowledgeable, professional & provide excellent customer service!
Honestly an amazing experience from start to finish. The technician was very polite, knowledgeable and quick in repair. We will definitely be using this company for any future AC needs.
My air conditioner went out early on a Friday evening and I called Martin Mechanical and they sent someone out that evening. Unfortunately it was July 4th weekend and they told me they weren’t sure if they had the part but they said it would be Monday before the could fix it. Then Saturday morning I got a call that they were sending someone out with a new blower. They were so thoughtful that they took the time to take care of it. I can’t thank them enough!
