Carlos was very professional and explained to us what we was doing to fix our plumbing leak. He also was helpful in providing tips on simple maintenance that we can do to help keep our plumbing running more smoothly. So that was definitely appreciated. Cody was professional, polite and gave me tips on how to avoid future clogs, at least for an extended time (clogs are inevitable), and he tackle the problem quickly and to my satisfaction, at least for the time being. Service alone would be a “five stars”, but for the price I was charged…”three stars”…I’m being nice! Diagnostic is simple! You say the word, “Clogged Sink” and you hear back: “$457”. That’s it! It’s a lot of money for a clogged bathroom sink and for a 30 minutes job with ONLY 6 months of warranty! I was about to go out of town when I noticed the water backing up on the sink (connected to the a/c drain). Didn’t have any choice but to go ahead with the service or come back from my trip to find a flooded bathroom. Service: Drain cleaning
