Isaac did a fantastic job! We lost AC at 8 pm on a Thursday and when I called their after hours line, I was given the option of that night or the next day. I chose the next day and they scheduled me for 3-6 pm. I was given a courtesy call when he was on his way as well as an ETA. I even got a text message with his photo and a little bio about him so I knew who was coming over to the house. He arrived right on time and went straight to work. He was very knowledgeable, professional, tidy, and efficient. He explained complex HVAC systems in a manner I could understand without feeling talked down to, and gave me several options price-wise by urgency of repair. He diagnosed The problem, got my approval, and completed the repairs in under 2 hours! I will absolutely be using Swan again and will request Isaac if he's available. David Hilton was our technical guy to fix a shower leak we had. He was on time. Very polite, and knowledgeable about his job. He explained the situation to me and explained it to where I could understand. The shower valve is going bad and he recommended it should be changed out to a new one soon. He went over the cost and the details to repair. It is something I have to fit into our budget. I will do the repair soon and for sure will call Swann plumbing. Thanks David.
