Blount’s was the only local company able to fit us in their schedule the same day we called in for help. We had a leak in our laundry room forcing us to cut our water off until the leak was repaired. Their schedule ran later than expected and they went above and beyond to get to our house that evening even though it was time for them to be off work. They fixed our situation until they following morning and came to do the repair first thing. Will and Tristan were at our house for a few hours and they were both so pleasant. Very polite and kind, tons of knowledge in their field of work. Explained everything to my husband and myself thoroughly before doing anything. They double checked everything before leaving to make certain it all worked properly and then cleaned the floor up and put our washer and dryer back in place before leaving.
