I am extremely satisfied with services provided by Mike. When I called him and explained the issue, he immediately had familiarity with the make and model of my fridge and ongoing issues. He was very up front about costs of services and itemized pricing for parts. He was generous enough to see me on a Saturday morning (he normally does not work the weekend) because he was rescheduling appointments due to an ice storm. Him and his Chris came by and he was patient explaining what he was doing. I most appreciate how he kept constant communication with me and was willing to provide timely updates about part arrivals. I would highly recommend him in this area and especially with fridge repair. It's been about 36 hours with fridge still working so far, and he said I could always call him down the line if I have issues, and I will update this review as needed. I contacted Mike back in January to get my refrigerator repaired. It had stopped cooling and as a single mom with three kids, I need my fridge to be functional. Well, he scheduled to come out and that was great. Personable and fine to work with, I thought. Now, 5 months later, 4 appointments, several thousand dollars, weeks without word, having had to buy a refrigerator and still waiting on a part for my old one. Please, save yourself the hassle. Mike was awesome! He diagnosed my issue over the phone and took payment to order the part. He showed up two days later with the part and fixed my oven. It was very timely and very appreciated! I will certainly use him again, if needed! Service: Oven repair
