Got me a great deal on a reliable dishwasher. 9 of 10 places didn't service my Samsung. These peeps told me why, gave me alternative options and at the end of the day had the lowest cost on the market option available that was a good reliable model. They came out, pulled my junker Samsung, replaced. Small hiccup with drainage, the day I called same guy came out and sorted it in less than 10 minutes. No charge. They were prompt, professional and honest. Won't use anyone else.

Buyer Beware! $60 "service fee" is not to identify what is wrong with your oven., it is for the gas to come to your local address. $127.00 was changed for 1.5 hours of labor to tell me they couldn't fix it because parts are not available. $187 total to continue to have a broken oven! Maybe they could have looked up the model before accepting the job.

I like their plan of checking the heat unit in the fall & AC unit in the spring for a very reasonable price. If anything needs repairs, the repairman can have the part within 1or2 days.very good idea & good company.
