My husband has never worked on an A/C before he’s a mechanic, but we were trying to save some money. We called Mike at Universal and he helped us get the correct part for our unit. He also assembled one of the parts for us in store FREE OF CHARGE. We will definitely refer all of our friends and family to this establishment. Thank you MIKE!

I like their plan of checking the heat unit in the fall & AC unit in the spring for a very reasonable price. If anything needs repairs, the repairman can have the part within 1or2 days.very good idea & good company.

I had the worst experience with this company. I made an appointment with their technician Neil to repair our ice machine and they confirmed it. They were supposed to show up today between 11:00 - 11:30 am and no one showed up. I waited around for over 30 mins for someone to show and ended up trying to reach the company numerous times and was unable to. After trying for over 20 minutes, someone finally picked up and told us that due to a family emergency the technician would be unable to come. I was never notified and the manager I spoke to was insanely rude, she continuously talked over me and wouldn’t let me get a word in. She simply said the appointment would be rescheduled for tomorrow. I do NOT recommend their services. There are other companies in the area that offer services with more experience and better hourly rates. We ended up going with Lochridge-Priest, they are true professionals with a stellar reputation. ????????
