I called Ali Air after noticing my house wasn't cooling down after running the AC all night. They came out first thing in the morning, 7AM. Jay from Ali Air diagnosed the problem in under 30 min and found the fan near the compressor was broken. He said he would gat back to me the same day with an estimate and ETA. within few hours I received the quote. Once I approved it they setup an appointment for next day and replaced the broken fan. I later learnt that Jay had to drive few hours to get the part himself so he can complete the job quickly. This is my second time using their service and I am very happy with tech's knowledge and skill level. for anyone with Cooling or heating issue I would recommend calling Ali Air to diagnose the problem and get an estimate.
