I had an intermittent issue with our furnace (it would stop working and start working later). The Jayco team was more worried about accurately identifying the problem instead of expensive guesswork. I am only somewhat technical, but I was pleased to see that they went through multiple iterations of troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify the root cause. There was also pride in their work, which I also appreciate. They went through some extra steps to clean up work done during prior service from other companies.
Our heater stopped working in the middle of the night during this crazy Texas storm and it was 2 degrees outside. We called Jayco first thing in the morning and they braved the roads and got to us the same day. They were quick and efficient and saved the day! Service: Heating system repair
