Great overall experience. Spoke to Richard and explained my issue. We are a repeat customer however wasn’t sure if they installed our hot water heater. They did not. I was impressed by the first impression with Richard and decided to make an appointment. Cody and Eric showed up the next morning. Very professional and respectful. Quickly diagnosed an element needed replacing. Our system was under warranty. Cody took the time to get with manufacturer and secure the part kit. Anyone could have told me I needed an element and charged for the part. I would have been none the wiser. He installed the kit (2 thermostats and both elements) and showed me he left the working parts in case of future issue. The labor cost was well worth my peace of mind. The reason I used respectful is the way Cody explained the issue. Because of my husbands health I have taken on the house repairs. Paige (dispatch) and Jason (plumber) were both amazing throughout my experience with ENCO. Not only was the quoted price better than others' in the area and they were able to get me an appointment within two days, Jason went above and beyond to complete my job (pipe was screwed on so tightly that it took extra work & tools just to get it off), at no additional cost. He even made sure that brand new parts I purchased previously were retained. Then, when it came time to pay (the exact original estimate at that!) Paige was quick to provide confirmation right away.
