Called these guys to repair a problem with heat at our house. They came the same day to do the inspection and after about 20 minutes said they found the issue. Told me they will provide an estimate within a day or two on the work that needs to take place. That was 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything back since. Repeated calls to the company went nowhere as the person answering the phone told me the supervisor will get back to me shortly but no one ever did. Basically, I paid $79 service fee for 2 guys to spend 20 minutes at my house and tell me that I have a problem with heating. I knew that!!! That's why I called them! Do not waste your money!! Call someone who has some professional pride and honors their word. Service: Heating system maintenance
