If you want NOTHING TO GET DONE then this is the company to reach out to. Since August 11/2022 a claim was submitted thru American Home Shield to have them come over my house to diagnose the issue. My initial call was for a pipe leaking in our basement. I had to call Mr.Rooter to schedule my service call, I was very happy to know that they were able to come same day I called. However, not the case ever since. They assessed the issue of the pipes leaking and also determine that our water heater needed replacement when I mentioned to them that we did not have hot water. The very dissatisfying part is that not once I ever received a call for updates, I had to reach out to them and ask when was my my pipe and water heater going to be fix and I got nothing. The response I got from the lady that I always spoke to was that they needed to get in contact with their technician for updates. A technician came out on last week for what I thought was an issue with my pilot light on the water heater. It turns out my whole water heater needs to be replaced and bought up to code. He arrived much later then we anticipated which was ok because we are self-employed and we are in and out all day. So this brings me to today, we had a scheduled appointment for 8AM - 12PM so I called the company the first time at 8:30AM because I was told by the Tech he would be here at 8:00AM. They informed me about the 8AM - 12PM window ok fine. I asked if he was going to still come and was told that they needed to check with dispatch and call me back. Side note I do dispatching for my own business from my tablet or smart phone so that doesn’t take hours to get that information. No one called so I called again at 11:55 AM, I was told again that they would have to call dispatch and call me back. It is now 4:30PM and no one has bothered to call me still. However, I placed a call to my warranty company

I had a great experience with Daniel and Francisco. They replaced my water heater within 24 hours. The work was on schedule and on point. I especially appreciate that Francisco takes the time to answer any questions and takes tremendous pride in his work. Mr. Rooter Woodbridge exceeded my expectations.
