Crisitan diagnosed problem quickly. My husband and I felt very comfortable with him. He was extremely polite and very professional in every way. He went to very great lengths to explain everything thoroughly. He is an AC technician because we thought it was an AC problem. He quickly realized it was a water pipe and quickly coordinated repair with a plumber from their business. That will take place tomorrow. At this point I am very pleased with the services received.
